POLICIES
Business Policies
Welcome to TRIBE – To ensure a seamless experience for all, please note our class policies:
Timeliness: Once a class begins, we close and lock the doors to maintain the integrity of our practice space. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, so we ask that you arrive on time to settle in before class.
Reservations and Waitlisting: Classes have limited space. Please check in at the front desk at least five minutes before your class begins. If a class is waitlisted and you haven’t checked in, your reservation may be passed on to a waitlisted student.
Cell Phone Policy: To preserve the sanctity of the space, please leave your cell phone outside of class. If you’re a parent, guardian, or caretaker, or otherwise need to have access to your phone for emergencies, please communicate with your teacher before class.
Yoga Supplies: For your convenience, yoga mats and towels are available at the front desk, either for rent or purchase.
Payment Methods: TRIBE accepts a variety of payment methods for your convenience: credit/debit cards, cash, and checks. Please note that credit card payments require a minimum purchase of $10, and any excess can be credited to your account for future purchases.
